Tried to cancel jewelry order before it shipped

I thought I was purchasing two pieces of jewelry from this site. Before the order was even processed, I tried to cancel it but they told me I couldn't do that. I had to wait until I got the order and then return the items.

So I waited and when the package came I called them to ask how to do a return. After talking to a bunch of people, someone finally gave me an email address to contact. I emailed them and they had me take pictures of the envelope and the junk jewelry inside. I did all that and sent it over.

Then they said I should just keep the jewelry and they'd give me $20 back. I told them that wasn't right. So they came back offering 40% of what I paid. I said I wouldn't take less than 55%. That was four days ago and I haven't heard from them since.

Ordered a ring and it looks nothing like the picture

I ordered a ring from them, it was supposed to be a 3-Carat Infinity Twist Moissanite Ring. What I got is nothing like the picture. The prongs are not even spaced out, it doesn't look like 925 silver at all, looks like glass honestly.

I have asked them for a refund. Their website is https://champagneeka.com/ and the email they used was [email protected]. I called the number too 1(989) 682-2410 but no one really helped. I just want my money back.
