Ordered a ring and it looks nothing like the picture

I ordered a ring from them, it was supposed to be a 3-Carat Infinity Twist Moissanite Ring. What I got is nothing like the picture. The prongs are not even spaced out, it doesn't look like 925 silver at all, looks like glass honestly.

I have asked them for a refund. Their website is https://champagneeka.com/ and the email they used was [email protected]. I called the number too 1(989) 682-2410 but no one really helped. I just want my money back.
