Ordered clothes, tracking said delivered but nothing ever showed up

I saw an ad for clothes and the website looked legit, like it was shipping from the US. So I placed an order. Then I got the shipping confirmation and it showed the package was coming from China. That felt off right away.

Their tracking says it was delivered but I can't track it through USPS at all. It never arrived. There's hardly any way to get ahold of them for help. I lost $73.96 on this.
