Ordered a funny apron from Facebook and never got it

My husband kept seeing this adult apron on Facebook, one of those inappropriate ones for a laugh at a BBQ. He mentioned it a few nights in a row so I wanted to surprise him. It was late at night and I didn't check the website like I usually do.

I got an order verification email so I thought everything was fine. But when I tried to check on the order status later it just says "on its way" and hasn't changed. There's no phone number anywhere. I emailed the address they had, [email protected], but nobody ever wrote back.

So I'm out $34 and just learned my lesson. The website was chaptercarry.com.
