Bank text alert about a 97 dollar charge I didn't make

I got a text from my bank saying someone tried to take out 97.00 from my account with my debit card. It said the company name was CHARERESTOR OLYMPIA WA US. I have no idea who that is.

Never gave anyone permission to do that. The bank stopped it so I didn't lose any money but it's still weird. I don't know their website or anything, just got the alert from my bank.
