Charges showing up on new card after I cancelled the old one

I started getting medication in the mail that I never ordered. At first I didn't even notice until I saw charges on my card and I couldn't figure out where they were coming from. I looked everywhere and I can't find any record of me ordering anything.

So I cancelled the card. Thought that would stop it. But then 10 days ago they charged my new card too. The new one has a completely different number. I don't get how that's possible. I still can't figure out where this stuff is coming from or who is sending it.
