Getting items I never ordered sent to my address repeatedly

I keep getting packages sent to my address from 9208 Charles Smith Ave in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I never ordered anything from them. It's happened multiple times now.

The items show up and I don't know what they are or who sent them. It feels like a phishing attempt or something. The address is the only thing I have to go on.

It's just weird and unsettling to have this keep happening. I want it to stop.

Unauthorized charges from an address I don't recognize

I got a charge on my PayPal for $10.65. It says it's a quarterly charge. The money comes out of my bank account through PayPal.

The address listed for this charge is 9208 Charles Smith Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. I have no idea who that is or what it's for. I never bought anything from there. It feels like an online purchase scam because I didn't authorize this.

Now they're just taking money from me every few months. I want these charges to stop and I want my money back.
