Paid to ship a return to China, it just came back to me

I made an online order from Charleston boutique and wasn't happy with the stuff I got. I asked for a return and a refund. They offered me 25% back, but I said no. Their own policy says no hassle returns.

Then they told me I had to send the return all the way to China, even though they have a store here in the US. I did what they asked and shipped it to China on 7/23/25. I've been waiting all this time for them to process it.

The package showed up back at my house today, 1/28/26, marked RETURN to SENDER. So now I'm stuck with merchandise I don't want, I'm out the $48 I paid to ship it to China, and I'm still out the original $147.88. I've tried contacting the company and just get no response.
