Ordered from Charmfay and got sent a cheap, different item

I saw a product on the Charmfay website and paid $265 for it. What showed up was a totally different item and the quality was really poor. It's false advertising.

I contacted their support email about it. They said they were sorry and offered me a 40% discount back, but they never actually issued it. I have like 10 emails from them where they just keep apologizing and saying they'll look into it, but nothing ever happens. They won't do anything to fix it.
