Paid twice for medical records that were just empty letters

This company is supposed to be a third party medical record provider that attorneys use to get records for clients. They recently changed their name and website. They send emails saying the records are ready to download, then you have to log in and pay before you can see them.

This is the second time this week I paid for records in advance. When I downloaded what they called "records," it was just a "correspondence" letter saying there are no records. So I paid $130.00 this week alone for nothing. Their website and invoices don't list a phone number. Just an email, [email protected]. When I email them I get a cryptic reply saying they can't resolve it. These people are making money hand over fist for doing absolutely nothing.
