Text about a Zelle transfer to Joshua Ridgely I never made
I replied No. Then I got another message saying they temporarily locked my account for potential fraud and an agent would reach out soon. After that another text came saying an agent tried to reach me and to reply YES when available for a callback. I replied Yes.
But nobody ever called. The text came from 8063152275. I also have a phone number (712) 281-9434 and an email [email protected] that seem connected to this. I didn't lose any money but this whole thing felt off from the start.

Then he told me to add myself as a payee. I asked him if this was a scam and he got weird and threatened to just process the transactions since I was asking too many questions. He also told me to google the phone number. I said phone numbers can be spoofed so that doesn't prove anything. He hung up on me.
I called Chase after and they confirmed nothing was wrong and it was a scam call.
Call saying I sent money to Karen Jacobs
Then he transferred me to a guy who said he was from Chase's fraud department. He said his name was Robert Williams, id number D 34776. He gave me a case number too. He started asking if I had any other bank accounts open. I said no I don't have any other bank accounts. Then he just hung up on me.
The number that called was (212) 552-5100.
Pre-approved Chase card with a business name that isn't mine
It's weird because it says pre approved and everything. Like they are trying to open a card using my information but with some business attached to it that I don't even know. I didn't lose any money or anything but it just doesn't sit right with me. The address on it was from Springfield, MO.
I just don't know why my name would be on something like that. I haven't called them yet but I'm thinking I should. It just feels off.

It looks like it was connected to a phone number from Michigan, area code 810-383-1217, and an address listed in California. I never authorized any of this. Now I'm worried about my identity and what else they might have accessed. I reported it to Chase but the whole thing just doesn't make sense.

The person on the phone told me I needed to open my bank account app. They said I had to add a contact. It felt off right away, so I didn't do anything. I didn't lose any money but the whole thing was strange and made me nervous. I never signed up for anything from them.
