Got a call from someone pretending to be Chase

I got a phone call from 582-529-3767. The person said they were from Chase card services. They said they could reduce my interest rate. Then they asked for the last four digits of my card to verify. That didn't seem right to me. I refused to give it. The whole thing felt off.
