Got a fake call from someone pretending to be Chase fraud

I got a call from someone saying they were from the Chase fraud department. The number was (212) 479-5212. They said there were several Zelle transactions happening out of state from my account. They even gave me a case ID number.

So I hung up and called Chase's real number myself. The real Chase person told me that Chase does not use case ID numbers at all. That's how I knew the first call was a total scam. They were just pretending to be from the bank.
