Got a call pretending to be Chase fraud, lost $3000 through Zelle.

I got a call from someone saying they were Chase Fraud. They asked if I had just sent $3,000 through Zelle to California. I didn't do that, I'm in NJ. They transferred me around, gave me case numbers and a regional bank manager's name and all that.

They told me we needed to reverse the money that was sent. They had me use Zelle to send money to what I thought was myself, using the last four digits of my own cell number. So I sent the $3,000.

After I hung up, I realized it was a scam. I called Chase right away. The Zelle was still pending, but they said they couldn't stop it.
