Website pretending to be ChatGPT took my money and won't refund

I went to this website thinking it was ChatGPT. The logo looks almost the same and the layout is similar. I paid $49 and after that it barely works. It limits everything and when I tried to ask about a refund they just said no.

The site is https://chat.chatbotapp.ai and it's totally fake. I feel dumb for falling for it but it really looks like the real thing. They just take your money and then you can't do anything with it. No way to get your money back.
