Booked a Delta flight through Cheapfaredeals and they tried to force an upgrade

I booked a Delta flight through this website Cheapfaredeals.com. Paid $300. Then a few hours later they called me back saying the seat was already bought by someone else.

They tried to make me upgrade for another $300+ on top of what I already paid. Or I could book another flight but that was going to be $500+ more than the $300 I already gave them. So basically I was out the money or had to pay way more.

I ended up losing $350 total. Their number is (866) 960-2626 and they are in CA, USA. Just a scam online purchase thing.
