Link from Instagram led to a site that wouldn't refund me

I clicked a link from a link tree on Instagram and followed the prompts. Waited a couple hours for the results. When I finally saw them, it showed me everything else but what I actually wanted. So I reached out to their support.

They offered a partial refund. But their terms say you have to contact within 3 days and I did that same day. They also say they stand by customer satisfaction 100% which you can see in the email was a lie. I paid $25 and they wouldn't give it all back.
