Signed up for photo tracker that never worked and kept charging me

I signed up for this thing called CheaterScanner.com because it said it could track photos back to dating sites. That's what I needed it for. But it never did that. Not once.

Then it started charging me a monthly fee I never agreed to. I tried contacting them but nobody ever answered. They just kept hitting my PayPal for $62.49 total. I never got any help or any refund.
