Ordered from Cheouj.com a month ago, item never arrived

See the review above. Almost the same exact thing happened to me. After months of trying to get the item, I was told that their shipper tried to deliver. This is simply not true. Then they said I signed for it, again not true. I finally told them I want them to send another item or refund my money. I was told I could get 70% of what I paid. This company is not legit and I think it may be a scam. I have saved all the email with all the garbage they told me. You should read some of the lame excuses they come up with. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... NO GOOD I have included just a few of the email exchanged.

Ordered from Cheouj.com a month ago, item never arrived

I placed an order from Cheouj.com about a month ago. They kept telling me it was going through customs at the airport. Then I checked over the weekend and the site says it shipped on April 4th, but I don't have it. I went down to the lobby to check and it's definitely not there.

I sent them an email saying I didn't have it and needed more info. I just got a reply from [email protected]. They said it was signed for and delivered to my address. They still haven't shown me any signature proof. Now they're only offering me 30% of what I paid, which was $65.

I know I didn't do my homework on this company. I just hope other people see this and don't order from them.
