Ordered three blouses that were poorly made and the wrong size

I ordered three blouses from cherrybetty.com. The sizes I ordered were XL, but they are just too small for me. There were no tags on the blouses or any instructions on how to care for them.

The fabric wasn't sleek. On the green shirt, the sleeves were flying out, they won't lie down on the arms. The whole thing looks very rushed, with strings hanging off the blouses. The black and white ones look faded. The green one is short at the waist and it's just poorly done.
