TikTok lady took my money for Italian citizenship help and disappeared

There’s this lady all over TikTok saying she can help people get Italian citizenship. Her website is italy360pro.com and she’s based in New York, NY. There’s no email on her site and hardly any info. To even talk to her you have to pay $185 for a half hour.

I paid the $259.58 and got a link to join a call. She did show up but the call was only like 15 minutes. She said she could help and that I needed to send her documents. Then she said she would email me her email to send the stuff to. I never got any email from her.

I’ve been trying to reach her through TikTok but she won’t reply. I’m leaving comments on all her posts now saying she’s a scam so people know.
