Ordered something online, they said it was delivered but it wasn't

I ordered something from this email [email protected]. It was like 26 bucks. They said the product was delivered but it was not. I never got anything.

So I emailed them about a refund and they said they would do it. That was a while ago and nothing. Now they won't even answer my emails. No contact at all. Just lost the money.
