Ordered clothes from a Snapchat ad, never got them and can't get my money back

I saw an ad on Snapchat for Fashion Nova clothing. I placed an order, but then I got a confirmation email from a company called Chiclet Wear. I paid extra for 2-day shipping.

After three weeks with nothing, I emailed them. They gave me a tracking number, Tracking678. That tracking said my package was delivered, but it never was. I contacted them again and they said they'd replace it in 7 to 15 days.

Now I've emailed them asking for my money back instead. The new tracking also says delivered, and again, nothing came. I'm out over $150.
