Ordered shorts from an online shop and never got them

I saw this shop Chicvraxo all over tip top shop. Clicked on an item and it took me to a bunch of catalogs. I picked one and ordered a set of shorts. Looked like an American company. Said it shipped in two days. Then after two days they said it shipped but it came from China.

They posted a tracking number. It kept showing details like picked up by carrier at customs, customs in California, all the way to delivered. But it never was delivered. I called the post office and they said it was not there. They looked up the tracking number and it was not found in their system. I tried emailing the company from both my emails and they came back returned. So they used a fake email too. Lost $25.98.
