System charged my full balance instead of the minimum payment I selected.

I was making a payment on my account through the EasyPay site. I specifically chose the minimum payment amount of $92. But the system went ahead and processed my full statement balance by mistake.

The full $577 came out of my account. I need this documented and the charge reversed before it actually posts. I tried the number 866-819-1918 and the email [email protected] from the site, but it's just a mess. This needs to be fixed.
