Ordered pillows for Christmas and never got them

I placed an order for two Chill Nest pillows on Dec. 9, 2025 for Christmas. They took $59.00 out of my bank account but I never got anything. Not even a shipping notice or anything.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] and nothing. No reply at all. Their website is www.chillnest.com and the phone number they had was 1(210) 378-0191 but I don't know if it even works. I just want my money back or the pillows.
