Ordered two Chillnests in December and never received them

I ordered 2 Chillnests back in December. The items never came. I emailed the company at their support address, [email protected]. They replied and said they were looking into it. After that, I never heard back from them. Now I see the website, Chillnest.com, has been taken down. I paid $39 and got nothing.
