No one showed up for chimney appointment after robot set it up

I called the number on their website to set up an appointment to look at my chimney. It was all a robot, no real person. The robot set up a time and everything.

Nobody ever showed up for the appointment. So I called back to verify and it was just the robot again. I wanted to just go to the business in person but there is no address listed anywhere on the website. The whole website feels very generic.
