Paid $400 for resume help and now she wants more

I got introduced to this woman through a chain of referrals. She told me she would work with me until I got a job. Then she said my resume and cover letters needed revisions for her to keep going, and that would cost $400. So I paid it through some foreign payment site that felt off. She also said she outsourced the work to overseas contractors, which didn't sit right with me. Right after that she said I needed interview prep for another $1,200. I said no to that. She would never schedule a phone call. When I started looking her up I found nothing. No digital footprint, no address that checks out, no real website. I don't think Christine Rose is even a real person.
