Ordered something that didn't look like the ad at all

I ordered from Christinebrayford.com and what showed up did not match the website ad at all. It was on sale, like everything on their site, so I guess they use that as a excuse.

They refused to let me return it and said they would only give me 20% back of what I paid. That is not a refund. They claim they are a US company but I think they are actually based in Hong Kong. I just want people to know what happened.
