Kept getting charged for a service I never wanted or received

I keep getting all these calls from numbers I don't know, blowing up my phone. It only seems to happen when I'm on sites with my personal info. They get you to pay for a service that you never actually receive. Then they just keep hitting you every three or four days.

Somehow, the second time, they got my new debit card number and charged me again. That makes me think maybe my roommate ripped me off. They force you into accepting a payment you never wanted to begin with. They don't even offer a free trial period. It's a hundred percent a scam.
