Ordered three watches, two were broken, now they want me to pay to return them

I ordered 3 watches from Chronavus.com and waited over 2 months for them to show up. When they finally came, 2 of them were defective right out of the box.

So I reached out to them to try and fix it. All they offered me was either I pay to ship them back which is expensive, or they give me a cheap 30% discount to buy new replacements. So basically I’m stuck with broken stuff or have to spend more money.

I lost $980 on this whole thing. I’m really upset and I don’t think these people should be allowed to do business like this.
