Ordered shirts from Chubbiet, got nothing but automated emails
I contacted their customer service. I got an automated email saying they would resend it. Two months went by and still nothing. I contacted them again. Another automated email said they would resend it or give me a refund.
Another two months after that, I got another automated reply. This one said my refund was approved and would be processed in two weeks. A month later, I demanded my refund again. The automated email then offered me only a 70% refund.
It's been six months now. I never got the shirts and I never got any refund. I'm out fifty dollars. Every single response from them has just been an automated email.
