They kept taking money from my account even after I blocked them

I don’t even know how they got my info. I noticed these recurring charges from Chumba Casino just hitting my account. I never signed up for anything like that. It was $3600 total.

I blocked them through my bank but they still took money. That doesn’t make sense to me. I think it’s hooked to someone else’s account somehow. Their address says CA, USA but I don’t even know who they really are. I just want them to stop.
