Ordered something and they marked it delivered but never shipped

I placed an order on chunkyacademy.com and about a day or two later their website said it was delivered. But USPS still says label created only and that’s been over a week now. So obviously nothing was actually sent.

I emailed [email protected] but got no reply. They took $7.59 from me and I have nothing to show for it. The address they have is in CA, USA but who knows if that’s even real. Just feels like they took the money and ran.
