Returned a dress right away and they won't give my money back
I bought a dress from Cider and returned it like right after I got it. There was a construction issue with the dress itself, it wasn't something I did.
They are refusing to refund me the $50 and they won't even send the dress back to me. I emailed them at [email protected] and tried calling (914) 758-8864 but nobody is helping.
Just want my money back for a product that had their own problem.
