Ordered cigars but got error code and no help from them

I tried to buy cigars from their website Cigarpage.com and I got some error code. This happened 2 separate times. I had to contact them myself to even find out there was a problem, their customer service had no explanation for it.

Now there is a pending charge in my bank account for $226.53 but on their end they say there is no record of any transaction. So I’m out the money and they have no idea what happened. Their address is 6771 Chrisphalt Dr, Bath, PA 18014.
