Bought an outfit on TikTok and never got it

I saw this outfit on TikTok and clicked the button to buy it. I never received it. I have multiple emails where they promise to resend it if I pay $15. Then they say they will issue a refund.

All they did was take my money. Complete scam. Possible identity theft also. Their email is [email protected]. I lost $19.99.
