Ordered dresses that never showed up and they kept my money

I ordered dresses from this website Cimamc.com. They said free shipping from the US so I thought okay that's fine. But then the tracking number showed it was coming from China. That felt off but I waited anyway.

A whole month later it said delivered but nothing ever showed at my door. I emailed them at [email protected] and they told me shipping was $15 and they won't refund it. So I lost $26.25 total. I already disputed it with my credit card company.

Ordered something and they claimed delivery was attempted

I bought something from their website cimamc.com and never got it. They said they tried to deliver it but I have a ring doorbell and cameras all around my house. No one came on any of the dates they said. They just took my money, $32.24, and that was it. No package ever showed up. I don’t know what else to do.

Ordered from CIMAMC and tracking link is a scam site

I placed an order with CIMAMC and it never arrived. The shipping confirmation email has a tracking link but when you click it, it just goes to some known scam tracking website. There is no way to actually track the package.

I lost $26.95 on this. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The phone number they have is (907) 223-9264. I don't know what else to do.

Ordered dresses from TikTok and lost $100 with no refund

I bought the trending dress with shorts on April 18th. It was from a TikTok ad. I reached out to their help line around April 30th just checking. They told me end of May it would be delivered. I was patient.

June 1st I emailed again and they said my product was out of stock. I asked for a refund and they said only $3 would be refunded out of the $40 I paid. I never got that $3 either. Then another $60 got charged by the same company for some reason. So I lost $100 total for three dresses I never got. I gave up trying to reach them. Just want people to know about these TikTok dress sellers.
