Ordered something online and never got it

I bought something online and paid $57. They said they would send it but it never showed up. Then they promised me a refund. That never came either. The email they used was [email protected] and they had a Youtube page. I tried calling the phone number they gave, (304) 552-6334, but no one picks up. Just feels like they took my money and that was it.
