Social media ad for a supplement turned into a hidden subscription

I saw their ad on social media for some supplement and figured I’d try it. It said it was only $30. Then later I got charged for a $40 subscription I never signed up for. Took weeks just to get the product.

I emailed their customer service asking about the subscription and wanting to return the stuff. They wrote back saying they’d look into it. Never heard a thing after that. I’ve emailed them a bunch more times. I have a screenshot of my order and there’s nothing on there about any subscription. Just want people to know so they don’t get ripped off like I did.
