Keeps charging me monthly for a product I never get
But here's the thing, they're charging me every month and I'm not even getting anything shipped to me. I've been trying to get them to cancel this for like 2 months now and they just won't do it. I've contacted support multiple times and nothing happens. I'm out $66 total now and they're still taking money. They're somewhere in GA but I have no idea how to make them stop.
Social media ad for a supplement turned into a hidden subscription
I emailed their customer service asking about the subscription and wanting to return the stuff. They wrote back saying they’d look into it. Never heard a thing after that. I’ve emailed them a bunch more times. I have a screenshot of my order and there’s nothing on there about any subscription. Just want people to know so they don’t get ripped off like I did.
