Ordered something from Cirvano and never got it, now they keep charging me

Honestly they deserve 0 stars. I never received a product. I can’t cancel because no one will respond and they have been charging me $39.99 every month since March. It’s a SCAM don’t do it or trust it.

When you go on their site the only option to speak to someone is a messaging system. No live option, not even a chat at least. Then you wait and no response. Also, it states that there is a member portal, I have put in every one of the emails I have and nothing works. So what member portal? So annoying.
