Ordered from Cistalmode, never got it, and now my refund is missing.

I placed an order with Cistalmode back on February 5th. I never received what I paid for. They keep saying it was delivered, but it wasn't.

I've been emailing them at [email protected] since March. I told them I wanted a full refund. First they offered me 50% back. I said no, I want all my money. Then they said they could do 90%. They told me it would take 15 to 25 business days. It's been 32 days now and I haven't seen a penny.

I paid with my credit card, so they have my information. The order was for $34.64. Nothing has happened.
