Letter saying my lender is Citibank but it’s not and asking me to call

So I got this letter in the mail that says final notice immediate response is requested. It says lender info is Citibank Na. Then it goes on about some important matter regarding the property at my address and how my current lender is Citibank Na. It says they reserve the right to remove some allocated waiver after 7 days and to call immediately because this is their final attempt to notify me. The number is 1-888-801-8190.

But my lender is not Citibank. And they’re offering me an allocated waiver of $199. I blocked my ID and called the number and someone answered saying home services hotline. So I don’t know if it’s a scam or just some company trying to get you to buy a home warranty. Either way it’s bullcrap.
