Kept getting mail and email about my mortgage after I already settled

I just got an email and a bunch of postal mail. It says it's from Citizens Bank, where I just finished settling a HELOC. They keep telling me to contact them urgently about my mortgage. It doesn't make any sense because I already took care of it. I'm still getting these messages.
