Received a random package of earring hooks with no company info

I got a package in the mail with three earring hooks. It was a matching pair and then one single one that was a different color. The package had my name on it, but there was no packing slip or any company information inside. Nothing.

I called another suite at the same address, 20 Haypress Road in Cranbury. They told me the company in Suite 313 is called "CJ Creations." I tried to look them up, but I can't find any company by that name at that address. It just doesn't exist. I never ordered anything from them.
