Ordered a jacket but got a cheap hoodie and no real refund

I ordered a quilted jacket from Claraandhayes.com and what showed up was a polyester hoodie, not even close to what I paid for. It felt like a total bait and switch.

I tried to get a refund but they only offered me 20% back and told me to keep the counterfeit thing. That’s not reasonable at all. I lost about $70 on this and they won’t make it right. Their email is [email protected] and phone is (206) 981-8955. Just want people to know what happened.

I tried emailing [email protected] and calling (206) 981-8955 but they wouldn't do anything reasonable. Lost about 70 bucks on this. Just a total waste of time.
