Ordered orthopedic shoes, broke right away, no refund after two weeks

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. When they arrived they were not like the picture at all. The quality was horrible. They were supposed to be orthopedic but they felt like plywood. I put them on and they broke right away.

So I emailed them. First they offered me 80% store credit. Then they said 10% back and keep the broken shoes. Then 50% back. I kept going back and forth with them. Finally I told them I was going to file a claim and they said okay we will give you 100% refund. It would be in my account in 48 to 72 hours.

That was almost two weeks ago. I never got the money. Now they won't answer my emails at all.
