Ordered clothes from Clarilune, waited a month, nothing ever arrived

I placed an order for a pack of 40 different clothing items from Clarilune.com. It's been a full month now. They told me the package arrived, so I even asked my neighbor to check their security camera. There was no package, nothing came at all. I paid $70.99 for this order. I tried contacting their support email, [email protected], and the phone number (861) 598-9429, but got nowhere. They just keep saying it was delivered, but it wasn't.
