Ordered glasses from their TV ad, got plastic junk instead

I saw the ad for these Clarity Blue glasses on TV for a while and finally ordered a pair. What showed up was nothing like the ad. They're just plastic junk.

I emailed their support to say how unhappy I was. Their return policy is terrible—it ends up costing you more money to send it back. I'm out $53.44 because of this.

This company needs to be shut down.
