Ordered Clarity Blue glasses but got a cheap pair called No Blue

I saw an ad for Clarity Blue glasses and ordered a pair. The ad said they would correct vision. I paid $54 for them.

What I got was a completely different pair called "No Blue." They are cheaply made and don't correct vision at all. When I contacted support, they said the glasses are only meant to block blue light. That's not what was advertised.

Now they won't even respond to me about sending them back for a refund. I tried the phone number and the support email. Nothing. I just want my money back for these glasses I didn't order.

Paid for self-adjusting glasses, got a flimsy pair that don't work

I got a text about these Clarity Blue Glasses. They were advertised to automatically adjust to your vision and turn into sunglasses outside. That sounded great so I paid $145.99.

What showed up was just a flimsy pair of regular glasses. They don't adjust to anything and they definitely don't turn into sunglasses. It's not what was promised at all.

I tried contacting them through the support email, [email protected], and the phone number (866) 489-6102. No one ever got back to me. The whole thing feels like a scam.

Ordered corrective glasses but they were cheap and didn't work

I ordered a pair of corrective vision glasses from the clarityblueglasses.com website. When they arrived, they weren't corrective at all. They were made so cheaply they were useless.

I sent an email to their support address asking for a refund. They just gave me the runaround. I only got anywhere when I said I'd report them to the BBB. I'm doing that now.

I've attached all the email back and forth. I hope something can be done so they can't keep doing this to people.

Ordered glasses from a YouTube ad, got cheap plastic toys instead

I saw their advertisement on YouTube because I needed new prescription glasses. The ad said the glasses self-adjusted to your eyes and to sunlight, and that they blocked harmful blue light. They claimed these would be the last pair of glasses I'd ever need. My wife also wears glasses, so I ordered the two-pair special.

What showed up is just a cheap plastic toy. It doesn't do any of the things the video promised. None of it. I paid $88.38 for this. I tried the email [email protected] but got no reply. It just feels like a complete scam.

Ordered special glasses online and got cheap plastic fakes

I saw an ad for Clarity Blue Glasses and ordered a pair. Their website said the glasses would adjust to any vision and change in sunlight. I paid $88 for them.

What I got was a fake plastic pair of glasses. They probably cost a dollar to make. They don't adjust to anything. They're just cheap, useless plastic.

I tried contacting their support email and the phone number listed, but I haven't gotten any real help. The address they use is in Betsytown, NJ. I feel completely ripped off.

Ordered glasses from a TV QR code, got cheap plastic instead

I saw this ad on TV for Clarity Blue glasses and scanned the QR code. It said the glasses would work as sunglasses and let you see close and far. So I placed an order.

I paid $150 for them. What showed up was just a pair of cheap plastic glasses. There's no magnification at all. They don't do what they said they would.

I tried contacting the support email, [email protected], and the number from the site, (866) 489-6102. Nothing. No reply, no help. I'm out the money and got a useless product.

Ordered glasses that don't adjust and feel incredibly cheap

I ordered a pair of glasses from Clarity Blue Glasses. They were supposed to automatically adjust between close-up and distance vision, but they don't do that at all. They're just regular, cheap glasses.

The material feels incredibly flimsy, like a toy. I tried to get help, but the customer support is a joke. I emailed [email protected] and got nothing. The whole thing just feels like a scam.

I paid $33 for these. The website is clarityblueglasses.com and they list a phone number, (866) 489-6102, but it's useless. I want my money back for a product that doesn't work like it said it would.

Charged me $90 for cheap plastic glasses that don't work

I got a text about these Clarity Blue Glasses. I ended up buying them from their website, clarityblueglasses.com. The total came to $90.

They offered me $32.49 back the first time I complained. Then they said $55.23 the next time, but with a 15% restocking fee and that I had to pay the shipping back. It's just a runaround.

The glasses are cheap pieces of plastic. There's no change in my vision at all, they're worthless. I tried calling their number, 1(866) 489-6102, and emailing [email protected], but it's no use. They just took my money.

Ordered glasses from a YouTube ad and got plain glass instead

I saw a commercial for these glasses on YouTube and thought it was a real product. I placed an order. When the glasses arrived, they were just plain glass. They are not what was advertised at all. It feels like I was tricked. I paid $50 for nothing. I tried to contact support at their email, [email protected], and the phone number from the ad, (866) 489-6102, but I haven't gotten any real help. This was just a scam.

Paid $50 for glasses that are cheap plastic and not as advertised

I got a marketing message for Clarity Blue Glasses that seemed too good to be true. It said one pair of glasses could adjust to your vision automatically for near and far. They had a high trust score and thousands of reviews on their site. I fell for it.

I paid $50. What I got are glasses that feel like they're made of 50 cents worth of plastic. They are not what was advertised at all. When I tried to return them by email, they wouldn't give the full refund they promised. They sent offers to keep the glasses for less money back, plus a "restocking fee." It's a scam.

Paid over $50 for cheap plastic glasses that were supposed to reduce eye strain.

I saw an ad for these blue light glasses from Clarity Blue Glasses that seemed too good to be true. They were described as stylish, lightweight, and with "automatic adjustment" to reduce eye strain from screens. I ordered a pair for $53.44.

What I got were just cheap, flimsy plastic blue light glasses. They feel like something you'd get for a couple dollars. I wouldn't pay $5 for these, let alone over $50. It's not what was advertised at all. I tried to contact their support email, [email protected], but haven't gotten anywhere.

Ordered adjustable glasses that turned out to be cheap plastic junk

I got an ad for these Clarity Blue Glasses. They were advertised as one stop glasses that help you see up close and far away by adjusting automatically. So I ordered a pair.

What I got were these cheap plastic glasses that do nothing. They are a total scam. The site advertised a money back guarantee, but when I got my order and looked at the paperwork, it says all sales are final right on it. That's total false advertising.

I paid $53 for this. The contact is [email protected] and the site is clairtyblueglasses.com. The address listed is 841 Fairmount Ave, Betsytown, NJ 07201. Phone is (866) 489-6102. I feel completely ripped off.
